caramel popcorn with milk tea

       as a part of an Indian family, every morning starts with a fresh milk tea, we Indians don't care about weather, or climate changes whether it is hot sunny days or rainy monsoons, or even chilling winters, we never skip our precious morning tea. in India, we call it (chai).

this time we will make chai, with some delicious caramel popcorn alongside.

preparation ( caramel popcorn)

1) to make our popcorn we need to slowly heat out the pressure cooker and add a little bit of oil and a small amount of butter plus the required amount of salt.

2) close the lid of the pressure cooker upside down and let it, heat up the popcorn it will automatically turn fluffy and soft within a minute.

3) after your corns turn into popcorn we need to make it caramelized, ( if you life your popcorn salted add some salt in it and enjoy) first 100 grams of sugar add 100 grams of sugar let it be heat up to become caramelised, then add your popcorn into the caramelized sugar so it can take the flavour, and become sweet.

Tips To Make Milk Tea ( Chai)

1) take a soucepan and boil around 500 Li of milk gently stir it or it will burn from surface, add some ginger around 5g for some spice. And let it to boil for 1minute.

2) after a minute we need some cardimon pods for better smell, add 2-3 pods in the boiling milk for good flavouring.

3) now add your tea Leaves ( chai patta) and keep on boiling, now our tea ( chai) is almost ready add the amount of sugar you need. ( As per your requirement) then after stain your tea, so that the tea Leaves don't add into your cup.

4) enjoy your morning or evening with a great sip of tea
