Pani puri recipe, quick and simple Indian snaks. delicious Pani puri

Pani Puri recipe
1) boiled potato
2) chat masala
3) red chilly powder
4) coriander powder
5) fresh chop coriander
6) salt
7) black salt
8) chop chillies

Method of potatoe 

1) first boil your potatoes for about 15 minutes in a sauce pan. Or you can use a pressure cooker for boiling your potatoes and wait for 9-12 wisles. 
2) after done boiling potatoes mash it immediately with the help of masher or glass backside.
3) add all the spices in the boiled  potatoe (chat masala, green chilli, salt, black salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and fresh chop coriander) mix well with potatoes.
4) well our potatoes mixture is ready.

Pani puri masala Water recipe.

1) water
2) jaljeera powder
3) fresh chop coriander
4) hing
5) salt
6) rock salt (black salt)
7) coriander powder
8) red chilli powder

Method

1) First take a bowl where we are going to make our Pani puri water.
2) take a small bowl for our dry tamrind to melt. It will take a 5-4 minutes to melt 
3) then stain the water of our tamrind, we don't need the seeds and pulms of tamrind, we just required the tamrind water.
4) Then add around 5-6 cups of water in a bowl, add jalgera power, salt, a little black salt, coriander powder, a little bit of red chilli powder ( peprica powered) a pinch of hing. ( Asofortida) nad gently add the soaked tamarind water without and lums and seeds on it
5)  and finally garnish with the freshness of chop coriander 

Pani Puri
1) for Pani puri , the dry  puri are available in local shop, we just need to fry them in hot sunflower oil.
2) or we can just buy some Puri packets from Pani puri store.

That's oll enjoy your 
      delicious snaks. By taking a Puri, then crack a hole from one side of Puri add the little amount of patotoe mixture inside then dip the Puri into the spicy water we just made.
