Bread omlette
Ingredients1) egg
2) fresh chilli
3) tamato
4) onions
5) coriander leaves
6) red chilli powder
7) turmeric powder
8) coriander Powder
9) bread ( white / brown)
10) butter/ oil
Method
To make our bread omelette first we need to do it's Misa, chop all our Vegetable, finely chop our chilli, or make a paste in a grinder machine.
Then finely chop the tomato and our Onion into a fine chop. Lastly finely chopped coriander.
Add all the chop ingredients into a Bowl, onion tamato green chilli and coriander then add the powder masala
1 tablespoons coriander powder, red chilli powder turmeric and a pinch of salt.
Mix or mash all the ingredients properly then crack your egg ( three egg will be fine) mix well with the help of fork.
Method 2
Take a frying pan heat up a bit, then add butter or oil little bit then drop some masala egg liquid, into the frying pan. Let it cook from the one side, from the bottom. Then take 2 slice of bread, place it over the top of the raw side of egg.
Then flip your bread so it becomes easy to fold, then with the help of spatula fold it like an egg sandwich.
Add some extra butter cubes to make cryspy toast, after your bread turns golden brown.
Serve it into a plate and enjoy it with ketchup.
Method 3
An another step of bread omlet is like making it like a bread sticks.
To make it take a slice of bread and divide into half, take the half piece and dip it into the egg mixture we made
Take a frying pan add some butter and oil add your bread piece let it fry from both the side
After it been fryed remove it and searve it into a plate,
Enjoy it while it's warm and fluffy.
