method

     to start with our recipe we need to make our mint source first, the mint source will be our filler inside the paneer. it will give an extra taste to our dish.

mint sauce  

to make mint source we require a special ingredient known as mint.
take some mint leaves with a  pinch of sugar salt ginger garlic paste and blend it add a cup of water to make it paste.

now we have made our mint paste, cut the paneer pieces into small triangular or square pieces as you like. make a small cut in the middle of the paneer so we can add the mint sauce to it.
            use all-purpose flour and mix it with a cup of water in boul to make a batter mixture 
on the next step dip your paneer pieces in the batter and gently pour them in hot oil for deep frying.

we can serve it like deep-fried paneer with mint sauce or in a tomato gravy.
